Where is the best place for artificial flowers or plants?

What if I need interior floral design?

We provide a full range of services related to the design and interior design compositions of artificial flowers, dried, frozen flowers and stabilized plants. We also make compositions from natural plants by request. We work with architects, interior designers and wedding planers.

• Flower arrangements for special occasions (conferences, weddings, exhibitions etc.). We will individually tailor our products and designs to your expectations.
• Continuous floral arrangements in hotels, conference rooms, restaurants, shopping malls and office interiors.

What if I have my own designs?

Some of our customers have their own specific concepts and ideas for the modification of our compositions. In this case we are more than happy to collaborate and will do our very best to create your designs. Our arrangements are fully modifiable and it is possible to change the color or the shape of the flower.

How long will I have to wait  for delivery?

As we provide a bespoke service, most of our arrangements are made to order; we store only a small portion of ready-made arrangements in our warehouses. Therefore the completion of your order will depend on its size and complexity. We will discuss the time frame of your project when arranging your order.

How much will delivery cost?

The cost of delivering your order will depend on its size. Most of our larger compositions are transported securely on protected pallets, with respect to their weight and size. Smaller compositions are shipped in secure boxes. Shipments are insured at your request.

Therefore quoting for delivery is not a simple matter and we take an individual approach to try and find you a solution which is both economic and secure.

Will the delivery reach my address?

We deliver all over the world. Before ordering we will ensure that our courier is able to reach you.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

We are confident that you will love our creations. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you change your mind, we offer customers a full refund if the product is returned within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and must not have any signs of use. To exercise this right, you must contact us to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract of sale, and arrange the return of product.

How do I pay?

We require full prepayment in order to complete an order.

For regular customers and bulk orders we offer longer payment terms. Please contact us to discuss further.

Is it possible to receive a discount?

We publish our discount prices on our website and social media profiles.

On top of these regular discounts, we also organise special promotional campaigns several times a year exclusively for customers who are subscribed to our newsletter or like us on Facebook. These special offers will be sent to you as special discount codes direct to you via email. The resulting code must be entered in the appropriate box at the checkout.
